What attracted you to work at Outback?
Outback is a large-scale company with plenty of opportunities in promotion and development. Also, I can have more ownership and flexibility in my own branch, unlike my previous experiences working in hotel restaurants. On the other hand, we have a friendly atmosphere at work and it is like a family!

What does ‘No Rules, Just Right’ philosophy mean to you personally?
There are certain principles in Outback, but how we treat the customers is ultimately up to us. For example, if a customer is not completely satisfied with our food, we can decide on how to make it up to them, depending on the situation.

How would you like to be remembered by customers?
Our team at the New Town Plaza branch is very professional, but that is not the most important thing I want my customers to remember. I hope they will remember that we are friendly and genuine when we serve them.

What is your favorite Outback menu dish?
My favorite dish on the menu is the Bacon Blue Cheeseburger. The burger may not have the most appealing appearance, but it tastes absolutely delicious. Very much like me, it is what’s inside that matter.

What hobbies or special interests do you pursue in your leisure time?
I love all kinds of sports, such as playing basketball; I also love cooking at home. My number-one hobby is definitely taking care of my two children. They love the Bushman Bread at Outback!
