At Outback Steakhouse, our attitude towards life is down-to-earth, laid-back, “no worries”. Our attitude toward food is another story. It's a story about big, bold flavors, a story about quality, consistency and preparation.

STEAK DONE RIGHT

We carefully select the very best cuts of outstanding quality beef from the USA and Australia to deliver a steak that is the star of our kitchen. We take aging of our steaks very seriously. Each cut is aged until it reaches optimal tenderness. This process helps unlock the natural juices in the steak, gently breaking down the muscle fibers and giving it the flavor you love.

MADE FRESH TO ORDER

We take great pride in serving the highest-quality food possible. Every day we start out fresh, making each of our soups, toasted hand-cut croutons, salad dressings and sauces from scratch. At Outback Steakhouse, it's all about quality — and all about the food.

WE CARE

Outback Steakhouse takes great pride in giving back. We have a strong commitment to improving the quality of life in each of our communities and the countries and regions in which we operate.
In 2012, Outback Steakhouse Hong Kong teamed up with Hong Kong representatives of “Room to Read”, a global charity that seeks to transform the lives of millions of children in the developing world by focusing on literacy and gender equality in education. We raised US$20,000 to build a new school library “Outback – Room to Read Library” in Nepal, providing access for 100-200 primary school students.
We have also participated in many aspects of Hong Kong life, including the Orbis Walkathon, the HKIS School fair, the Matilda Sedan Chair run, and the Peak School fair, in each of which we donated all event takings to the charity or organization.
